Thick Blood – A Family Celebration with Citizen.KANE.Kollektiv invites the audience to take a seat, to be a guest, to become part of the family – or simply to observe in wonder as the boundaries between table and stage, between performance and life dissolve. For this evening, the six collective members Carina, Christian, Ida, Malin, Maximilian, and Nikita have dared to do something rarely done: they have exchanged their parents. They have spoken with each other’s mothers and fathers – about origins and alienation, about silence, ideologies, tenderness, and growing older.
